Restoring Balboa Park's Plaza de Panama

Dr. Irwin Jacobs proposes to reclaim public space from the automobile in Balboa Park's Plaza de Panama, west El Prado, Plaza de California (in front of the Museum of Man) and Esplanade (from the Plaza de Panama to the Organ Pavilion).

We support Dr. Jacobs' goals, but there's a better way to achieve them: remove traffic from the Cabrillo Bridge.
